of order
After transmitting the text, touristic-text will reply to your order.
This will confirm your order. In case you do not receive an email, check
if there are problems with the mail server or if your mail memory capacity
is full. Another source might be your anti spam, marking the email as
spam.
Should this be the case, please contact us later.
We request you to pay your order only after receiving a confirmation from
touristic-text, stating that your text could be read.
Transfer
Please keep in mind that you will receive your text 24 to 48 hours after
payment. The treatment of your transaction can take up to several days:
a transaction through internet banking takes 2 to 3 days, a traditional
transfer needs up to 7 days.
We propose you to send us a copy of the receipt per mail if you need the
text quickly. Please indicate the number of order and your name on the
transaction so that we can assign the payment to your order.
If possible, please choose a transfer through IBAN and BIC as mode of
payment, because it is free of charges in the EU.
Should your country not belong to the EU, please enquire whether your
bank can make a transaction through IBAN and BIC nevertheless. This is
the case in some EU counties and can reduce the costs considerably.
